January Is Top Game Month!

Side-MountOur focus this month is staying dominant after passing the guard! The end goal for the month isn’t to just be able to “hold” top position but instead is to learn how to use both your opponent’s and your own movements to confuse and frustrate your opponent and lead them into deeper and deeper waters until ultimately you snatch up a submission like a great white shaking a seal!

Each week will be a different set of drills. This week is cross body! Our objective this week is to teach you the skills necessary to be able to transition from side to side around the head and over the hips.

Be ready, what last month guard passing drills did for your legs this month’s top game drills will do for your core and hips!
