Top Game January: The Mount Chapter

mountThis week of the month is centered on mount drills. (up goes a collective cheer as we exit knee on belly week!) The first part of the week focuses drills to increase your ability to maintain the mount with pressure generated from your hooks and hips. The end of the week will introduce drills designed to allow smooth transition between mount and modified mount (pocket and pillow) as well as drills that allow you to seamlessly return to knee on belly or even cross side!
